Direct Booking require a minimum 50% deposit and are considered final unless Pamela cancels due to Repairs or Bad weather. Agent bookings must be confirmed by Pamela office and have a confirmation number. Weather is determined by the Captain only. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of the Owners.
